Important Noise Bill – Please Submit Testimony

SB2124 will allow police to cite noisy bars and clubs using decibel meters. It has been scheduled for a hearing tomorrow, 3/22 at 9:30am. Your supportive testimony would be much appreciated. Submitting written testimony is easy and can be done at capitol.hawaii.gov. You can learn to submit testimony here.
